  • Register the activity with the local authorities and obtain the required permits.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Keep complete and accurate financial records of the activity.
  • Pay all applicable social and tax contributions.
  • Adhere to urban planning rules and co-ownership regulations.
  • Engage a concierge service if required to provide the hotel-style services.
  • Respect tenant rights and rental regulations, including the 120-day annual rental limit.
