Located in Bayonne in the Basque Country, the Aquitaine office of MJ Développement is in charge of our property developments in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region of France including sales for off-plan property currently under development in the Landes, the Basque Country and Gironde.
Our agency is strategically located in the heart of On Spot Bayonne, an innovative shared office building concept, designed by MJ Développement at the gateway to downtown Bayonne. The company’s head office is also located on the premises of On Spot.

Our achievements in the Aquitaine region

As a property developer in Nouvelle-Aquitaine, we are currently building a new build property in the outskirts of Bordeaux named Millésime XV. This residence offers 15 apartments (from studio to 4-rooms) in the ideal location in the centre of Pessac, close to shops and public transport. We are also very proud to be working on the prestigious Villa Lamigotte in Anglet, an exceptional property in the Basque Country.

MJ Développement has been developing new real estate programs in Nouvelle-Aquitaine for over 15 years. The Carré Untzia residence, was built in 2012 in Bayonne. Other projects have been developed in Bayonne, such as the Baiona Spirit residence and its 27 housing units in the immediate vicinity of the city centre.
In 2020 and 2021, MJ Développement continued to carry out new developments in the Basque Country with the creation of the Villa Maitia residence in Anglet (2020), the Les Jardins de Berdeak residence in Bayonne (2021) and the Les Hauts de Bordazahar residence in Saint-Jean-de-Luz (2021).
In 2023, the group delivered numerous real estate constructions in the Basque Country, such as the Villa Nabaritz in Anglet, the Carré Haïzean residence in the heart of the Habas La Plaine district in Bayonne and the O’City residential project in Anglet. It was also in 2023 that MJ Développement delivered On Spot, a modern structure offering offices with shared services (coworking spaces, meeting rooms, café-brasserie, etc.).
